2. Products

We sell premium human hair wigs, lace fronts, extensions, closures, and related beauty products.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price at the time of checkout.
Product images are representative; slight colour variations may occur due to photography and screen settings.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through our website and confirmed by email after successful payment.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe Inc. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if the product becomes unavailable or an error in pricing occurs. You will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping

We ship to Italy and select EU countries. International orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Orders over €200 qualify for free standard shipping within Italy.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to carriers or customs.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, email Evelynbeautycenter1@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
Products that have been worn, chemically treated, or altered are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Salon Services and Bookings

Appointment requests submitted through the website are subject to confirmation by our team.
You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is approved.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Prices shown for services are starting rates. Final pricing is confirmed at the appointment based on length, complexity, and materials used.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Evelyn Beauty Center or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evelyn Beauty Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
